Each lender runs in its own dedicated environment, so your data is never mixed with another lender's.
- Is our data used to train AI models?
- No. Your data is never used to train AI models, ours or anyone else's.
- Where is it stored?
- In Microsoft Azure data centers in the US, including all AI processing.
- How is it protected?
- Encrypted in transit and at rest.
- How long is it kept?
- Only as long as you need it. Retention is set to match your own policy, and data is securely deleted at the end of it.
- Who can access it?
- Only the few people who need it to support you. Access goes through an approval process, is logged and is independently audited as part of our SOC 2.
