How a rollout works

Digital workshop
We confirm how your team does the job today and collect what they work from, such as SOPs, job aids, guidelines and overlays. We use them to set the Bot up to do that job.
User acceptance
Before go-live, the team members who will work with the Bot see it at work and confirm it does the job to the standards you set.
Go-live
The Bot takes on the job in production and gets better as it works. Silverwork monitors every file and works closely with your team to keep improving it.
